Wear comfortable workout clothes. Grip socks are required (available for purchase). Bring water and arrive at least 10 minutes early.

Yes—many clients train with modifications. Please let us know before class so we can support you. If you’re under the care of a medical provider, we recommend getting clearance before starting any new exercise program.

The Move Forward Pilates Foundation provides access to structured, low-impact Pilates programming designed to help disabled veterans build strength, improve mobility, and support overall well-being.
As a community partner, Pilates My Way may provide space, equipment, and/or instruction to support foundation programming. All program eligibility, funding, and participant selection are determined solely by the Move Forward Pilates Foundation in alignment with its charitable mission.
